Magnesium Bisglycinate , also known as magnesium glycinate or magnesium diglycinate, is the magnesium salt of glycine (one magnesium and two glycine molecules). Magnesium bisglycinate is one magnesium atom attached to two glycine molecules. "Bis" means 2, referring to the 2 glycine molecules, so we prefer to use the name bisglycinate for clarity.
