Food Blancher Machines Onion Blanching Machine is equipped with high quality food grade SUS304 stainless steel , it works with continuous delivery for products. Temperature and speed are all can be adjusted according to the requirements. This machine also works with smooth running, low noise, and very easy to be maintained. The water temperature is controlled automatically.
Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage according to different countries.
Working Principle:
The blanching machine has the characteristics of quick green removal, enzyme inhibition, color protection, dehydration and cooling in time, so as to keep the original natural color of fruits and vegetables. Through this machine, the activity of enzymes in fruits and vegetables is stopped, so as to keep the fresh color of fruits and vegetables, the bad odor of vegetables is removed and the fragrance is retained, at the same time, the softness of cells are improved, the evaporation of water is facilitated, and lay a good foundation for the next process requirements-drying and dehydrating.
