Coin Chip Processing Line with Food Extruder
Introduction
Coin snack chip processing line is with elegancy, easy maintenance, low energy cost, end products are like smiling faces, attractive, expressing daily living attitude, suitable as first course, snacks.
This processing line covers just a few machine, can have two different versions. All utilize cheap raw material as corn flour, corn starch, tapioca flour, rice flour and so on. First, flour mixture is processed through high speed mixer, then conveyed to feeding tank of twin screw extruder, this conveying process can be done automatically with conveyor, or manually, by hand. Then twin screw extruder process and meter flour, then cutter installed at the side of die would rotate and cut products into coin chips. Next, convey smiling face chips to oven or if you like, to continuous fryer, with oven, it would waste time but save cost, with continuous fryer, would increase cost but at the same time increase production capacity. Seasoning process is done within enclosed space, this is for hygience and reduce air humidity. The entire process is pretty easy, every part can be cleaned individually. This line would be a good choice for low cost and high profit.
