PRODUCT FEATURES:
1.With strongimpermeability.
2. High tensile strength, large elongation, good dimensional stability, and strong adaptability to shrinkage,deformation and crackingof the base layer.
3. Good resistance to high and low temperatures, suitable for building waterproofing in lower
temperatureenvironments.
4. Good puncture resistance, tear resistance, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance, andweatherresistance.
5. Hot melt construction method is easy operation, can provide reliable and durable hot joints.
APPLICATIONINSTRUCTIONS:
1. Surface Preparation: Check the flatness of the base layer and clean it well to ensure that the base layer is dry, solid,smooth and clean.
2. Priming: Apply asphalt base treatment agent by roller or brush, at a dosage of0.3KG per square meter.
3. Membranes Paving: use hot melt torch to heat the lower surface ofthe membranes until it is molten, and at the sametime roll the upper surface with a roller to paste the membranes on the base layer.
4. Membranes Overlap: The membranes should be smooth and straight paving, and accurately position succeedingsheets to overlapthe previoussheet100mm.
5. inspection: After the construction of the waterproof layer is completed, wait for 24 hours to do the water storageexperiment. The next process can be carried out after checking that there is no water leakage.
APPLICATION:
It is most suitable for roofing work,and can also be used for structural waterproofing of underground works, as well aswaterproofing ofthe ground, moisture-proof works, and outside waterproofing of pools and swimming pools.
