Brief Introduction:

Full welded ball valve is a new develped ball valve,compared with ordinary ball valves,its performance is more reliable and has much longer service life,it has a wide application in the following industrial field 

1. Urban Gas Supply:Main and distribution pipelines.
2. Urban Central Heat Supply:Main and distribution pipelines.
3. Heat Exchanger.
4. Steel Factory:Pipelines for discharging waste gas,supplying coal gas and heat,etc.
5. Industrial Equipment:heat treatment pipelines,gas pipelines and thermal pipelines.

Product Features:

1. Outer leakage won't occur for welded ball valve.

1. The whole process of sphere is tracked and detected with advanced computer and detector,so the process precision is very high,operation is very simple and easy,no bad interference.
2. Body material is same as material of pipe,when vehicles pass through the groud or even earthquake happens,the stress is evenly distributed without any deformation risk.
3. Sealing ring is made of PTFE containling 20% carbon,Ensure no leakage will happen.
4. Buried ground fully welded ball valve can be installed in small and shallow well being set on ground rather than large valve well,so the construction cost and project time can be saved a lot.
5. The length of valve body and height of stem can be designed in accordance with the requirement of project.
6. The service life can be more than 15 years when used at normal operational and using conditions.
