Mechanical orange peel grab is an effective tool for loading and unloading bulk cargoes such as ore, scrap, nickel ore, garbage, and wood chips in various harsh environments. It can be used for some rivers with more pebbles and can also be used for river dredging.Grab structure is simple, easy to operate, can accurately complete the opening and closing movements under various conditions. Grab adopts three-dimensional virtual design, and use ANSYS to analyze and check the strength of the main parts of the grab. The weight distribution is more reasonable and the service life is longer. The grapple is suitable for loading and unloading bulk cargo with double-reel cranes. The lifting chain on the grab can be directly connected with the hoisting rope of the crane. The connection form of the wire rope head can be customized according to crane requirements. When orange peel grab is used for grabbing large pieces of scrap steel or domestic garbage, in order to facilitate the insertion of the tine tips, the hopper flap is generally designed as a semi-open type.
