Q1.Can we make an small order?
Yes, we can accept small order. No MOQ for stock products.
Q2.How to get sample?
For normal product, we can supply you small rolls samples for free, you only need to pay for the express cost.
For OEM or ODM product, we will charge some sample cost, the sample cost will be calculated by our engineers, if we continue to cooperate, sample cost will be returned.
Q3. If OEM/ODM or customer's logo printed is available?
Yes, OEM/ODM and customer's logo printed is welcome.
Q4. What's the lead time?
Sample needs 1-2 days, mass production time takes about 15~25 days after deposit receive.
Q5. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment by TT, bank account, Western Union or PayPal;
For the order amount lower than 3000 USD, full payment before the order;
For the order amount more than 3000 USD, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-8 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
