Usage
Rare metals such as uranium, rare earth, nickel, cobalt, molybdenum, tin, tungsten, vanadium, manganese, antimony, lithium, rhenium and mercury were extracted by extraction.

Chemical reagent, high boiling point solvent, used as the main plasticizer of nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, chlorinated rubber and polyvinyl chloride. It is also commonly used as solvent, defoamer, antistatic agent, dyestuff and dyeing auxiliary for coatings, adhesives and inks.
It is also used as heat exchange medium, building material additive, lubricating oil pressure and antiwear agent.
