Fruit Juice beverage Production Line
Fruit juice production line is composed of water powder mixer, syrup filter, duplex filter, vacuum degasser, UHT sterilizer and homogenizer, and so on. The raw material could be fresh fruit or concentrated juice. It can be used for making orange juice production line, apple juice production line, peach juice production line, and cherry juice production line etc. We also can design custom production lines in accordance to customers' requirements.
The whole juice production line consists of the following units:
1. Raw material: 100% Pure pulp or concentrated juice.
2. Mixing and preparing section
3. Pasteurizer, Homogenizer, Degassing machine
4. High level storage tank
5. Filling and Packing
6. CIP cleaning system
7. After treatment equipment, like converyor, package or pallet. etc.
8. There are other assistant equipments used as such as steam boiler, air compressor, cold water unit. etc.
9. Installation materials for the material pipes, non-material pipes as well as electrical system are provided.

Capacity of plant: 2T-300T/D
Productions type: 1 or 2 or more kinds.
Filling types can be decided by the customer then designed accordingly.
