Function
The machine consists of three separate units, a cable pay-off units, a cable cutting unit and a cable take up unit. Suitable for remote or armored fiber optical cable cutting, out jacket striping, coiling and winding. Each unit can be one free-standing machine.The machine also covers the cutting function of shorter optical fiber cables indoors.

Performance
01.Active tension pay-off unit, feed speed is controlled by the synchronous mechanism of the cable cutting unit. During feeding, tensile force on the cable is no more than the maximum allowable tension.
02.High Length Accuracy: The encoder and stepping motor calculate and compare the length at the same time, and give an alarm immediately when the difference exceeds the set early warning length accuracy during running.
03.High Efficiency: A start button to complete the optical cable cutting, out jacket stripping and winding.Max feeding speed is 3m/s, Less than 38 seconds for remote cable typical length 50m.
04.Easy Operation: One interface of upper computer can set cable length, quantity, feeding speed, girdling depth and position, slitting depth and other parameter. The functions of girdling and slitting are optional . If not checked, only the functions of cutting and winding are available. Opertaor can set parameter easily such as length ,quatity, speed, etc.
05.Stable Performance: Robust mechanical structure and intellectual controller for super reliable movement
06.Upper Computer Control: Intellectual software to control and monitor operation, all parameter can be synchronously input and saved to MES system
07.The pitch and range of traversing can be adjustable. it is coordinated action with take-up speed.
