FTVS-30 High Automation Double-stage Transformer Evacuation System
Brief Introduction:
The FTVS series vacuum pump set is composed of a Roots pump (mechanical booster pump) as the main pump and a rotary vane vacuum pump as the backing pump. This unit is mainly used for vacuuming and drying various vacuum systems that require large pumping speeds and medium and high vacuum. It is especially suitable for vacuuming operations on transformers.
This vacuum unit is widely used for vacuum drying in vacuum smelting, vacuum heat treatment, welding, chemical pharmaceuticals, vacuum coating, electronic components and other industries.
Functions
1). The system consists of powerful dual vacuum pumping system including special Mechanical Booster Roots Pump - Rotary vane vacuum pump combination of vacuum pumps, so the vacuum pumping speed and pressure are obviously better than any other devices.
2). Working vacuum range and maximum vacuum degree are superior to other products.
3). Equipped with a control panel with buttons and main breaker for controlling the operation of the two pumps.
4). Consist of necessary high quality pipelines and valves to operate the system.
5). It is installed with special vacuum gauge for accurate indication.
6). Stable and reliable operation, low noise.
7). Lightweight and mobile frame.
8). Protection vessels to prevent oil intake into the vacuum booster and the vacuum pump.
