Product Description
The two-piece can consists of two parts: can body and top cover. Compared with the three-piece can, it lacks a can bottom. It has many advantages such as good integrity, light weight, high production efficiency, and exquisite printing. It is widely used in some food packaging industries, such as: meat, tuna, sardine, beans, tomato paste,etc.
We offer two types of press lines: high-speed gantry press lines and low-speed open-type presses.
The workbench of a gantry press is located between two columns and generally has a larger working area. This allows it to hold larger-sized molds and raw materials, making it suitable for multi-mold production with high speed and precision.
The open-type press has a C-shaped body, which makes it open on three sides and has a larger operating space. Operators can easily approach the mold area from three directions, making it easier to install, debug, and replace molds. In terms of accuracy, due to the limitations of the structure and application scenarios, its positioning accuracy and repeatability are usually around ±0.1mm.
