Purpose:
This equipment is used to straighten, chipless cut the copper capillary into set-length pipes. It is mainly applied in the areas of air-conditioner, water heater, airplane, automobile, etc.
Features:
1 Servo motor control ensures accurate locating, and stable feeding;
2 Belt pushing as the feeding mode, which can be continuous feeding.
3 High degree of automation: decoiling, straigntening, cutting, end forming and unloading are completed automatically.
4 Special snapping design prevents burrs from occuring, and produces smooth cut end.

1 Material: coil copper pipe TP1/2 or equivalent standard products
2 Copper pipe outer diameter & wall thickness: 1.5~5.0mm, Wall thickness 0.3~1.0mm
