*The FFS-E (Form - Fill - Seal) machine is designed to reach very high capacity outputs, over 2000 bags/hour, according to the product characteristics. The FFS-E is suitable for packing free flowing products, non-dusty, such as polymers, fertilizers, soda ash, resins, rubber, salt, etc.
*Our FFS-E packing machine is equipped with three operating stations: one for the bag bottom formation and the film cut based on the desired length, the second for the filling and the third for the bag top sealing. Specifically designed technical solutions, both on the mechanical and the electronic level, allow the machine to reach the requested very high capacities, over 2000 bags/hour.
*The operation phases and the change of the functional parameters are PLC-managed; the product or format change occurs in a very short time and without any intervention by the operator thanks to the actuators installed.
* Shandong Chengyi has established itself as a leader in the production and supply of FFS bag packing machines. Our types of machinery are known for their energy-efficient design, smooth finish, and durable construction. In fact, in the case of corrosive and abrasive products.
Compay Profile

1)How to choose the most suitable packing machine?
*Confirm what products will be packaged
*Confirm Bag Sizes(Length,Width) & Packaging Speed(How many bags need to be packaged per Min or Hour)
3)What information does the quotation require? Some of the basic information we need is what product do you need to pack what are their dimensions. Additionally, we would need to know the type of packaging you need, the desired output, and area available for our machinery.
6)How to maintain the machine? Our operating instructions will outline the maintenance methods of each component according to different machines. Under normal circumstances, we recommend that you check the screws once a week, check the bearings and add lubricating oil every three days, clean the machine and add grease tow heels before getting off work every day, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine monthly.
