Product Discription
The filling machine is mainly designed for filling hot temperature liquid into glass bottle; For example juice, tea drinks etc which are made of concentrate juice. The final filling temperature will be around 85-90 degree centigrade; Once the thermal meter in juice filling machine is lower than the temperature, juice will be return to sterilizing machine again through return system.
Glass bottle juice filling machine is different from plastic bottle. It will be optional and suggested to apply 4 in 1 filling machine, one more washing system is adopted to warm up the glass bottle in advance.

Auxiliary Equipment
UHT system
It is a kind of sterilization technology for fresh milk treatment. It can be instantaneously sterilized at 135-140 C for 4-10 seconds without refrigeration below 10 C. Its shelf life can reach 1-6 months.
Cooling system
This machine is absorbed the abroad equipment technology and newly-designed, using circular cooling water in five cooling section to cool the fulfilled bottle step by step. During cooling, according to customer's requirement to adjust speed by inverter, which is suitable for cooling of all kinds of hot material.
PE film shrink
It adopts the photoelectric sensor to detect online, gather signals which are controlled by PLC, and adopts piston as executable element, to realize product conveying, combination, film wrapping, cutting, heat& shrink, cool and finally get the finished product.
