FUNCTION
This production line includes automatic neck paper rewinding machine, automatic band saw, and heat sealing machine. Also, we can also provide the jumbo roll and glue ect consumption material, to provide the whole turnkey project.
Neck paper is used in hairdresser during a hairstyle for neck protection against the smallest locking of hair. It is green and environment-protective with high strength, waterproof, soft & comfortable, clean & sanitary.
Standard package is 5 small finished rolls per pack, 20 packs in one box, it means 100 small finished rolls in one box. One 20" container can load about 300-350 boxes and one 40" container can load 800-950 boxes.
