 1. Machine is fully automatic machine that could produce PVC coating on Nail Wire or Galvanized Wire. 

2. The machine is able to produce PVC Coating using wire sizes from1.0--6.0mm,

and the coated thickness is according the mould, we can do the mould according your need.

3. The wire produced is top quality were the bonding between the iron wire and the PVC should be strong and the PVC coating should be glued to the iron wire and will not be loose

4. Machine production capacity is 70 to 100kg per house.

5. The machine will be supplied with all components including the wire stand, the extruder, wire cooling unit, PVC mixing unit, motor, wire rolling unit etc.  Where the machine should be ready for producing PVC Coated Wire without needing any additional machines. 

6. The machine can also coated PE, PU on the wire
