PART I: Water Treatment Plant

According to customer's water source analysis report and final water standard requirement, we will recommend suitable water treatment plants.
The water treatment system includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, precision filter, reverse osmosis system / hollow fiber ultra-filter, uv sterilizer, ozone sterilizer, etc.
PART II: Water Washing Filling Capping Machine
Famous components/High quality 304/High filling accuracy
This machine is mainly used for water and non-carbonated drinks water filling capping. The machine is 3 in 1 mono block composed of washing, filling, capping, cap unscrambler in one unit. The rinser adopts overturning device, and filling system is gravity filling type, it's more stable and reliable. The capping head we adopt Italy technology.

PART III: Labeling & Packing System
According to customer's request and market demand, we have various types of labeling machine for option:
Automatic sleeve shrinks labeling machine of PVC / PET sleeve shrink label; Automatic BOPP hot glue labeling machine for BOPP labels.
Adhesive labeling machine for adhesive stick label and also wet glue labeling machine.
Plastic film packing machine can apply to the full automatic packaging production line of pure water, beer, beverage liquid, fruit juice, dairy product, etc.

We could design the layout drawing according to customer's factory size and bottling capacity, such as non-power conveyors, multi-rows conveyors, air conveyors and filled bottles conveyor and conveyor bends. We use high quality motors and automatic lubricant system for the conveyors.

We have semi-automatic and full automatic PET bottle blowing machine, easy operation and high performance.
