HYQB-8 Drilling Rig is a full hydraulic core drilling rig designed for medium and deep holes in difficult access areas to meet the requirements of green exploration. It is optimized and improved according to the current use experience of similar equipment, and has the following features:
1. The hydraulic system adopts 'closed+open' system, which improves the system efficiency and power utilization.
2. The drill head adopts the combination of mechanical + hydraulic stepless speed regulation, and the use of a single variable motor can achieve different torque ranges and adapt to different formation drilling requirements.
3. The hydraulic system adopts variable displacement pump, which improves the system pressure and increases the drilling capacity under the same structure.
4. Double guide rods are used for feeding, which simplifies the structure and increases the stability.
5. Hydraulic direct drive mud pump is adopted, and ordinary mud can be used.
