The full servo T shape baby diaper machine is equipped with Program system, Tension system, Drive system, Safety system, Packing system, and Germany BST/USA FIFE, the whole process is computerized, easy to adjust, short production cycle, fast production speed, the working speed is 500pcs per minute (4th size), to meet the production needs. And the machine has a much lower scrap rate than similar machines, with a rejection rate of ≤3%(excluding scrap caused by hot melt, materials splicing, or joint), which can save you more on raw material costs, such as Cotton core (mix with SAP), Backsheet, Topsheet hydrophilic nonwoven and so on. The cost of raw materials has always occupied the majority of the cost of the enterprise. This machine can help you save the cost of raw materials, and you can use the saved funds to invest in other aspects of the company and increase the company's income.
Baby's skin is relatively sensitive and weak, and the raw materials and structure of diapers will affect the comfort of use. The product of this machine is upper tissue, lower tissue, cotton core(mix with SAP), ADL, back sheet, frontal tape, top sheet hydrophilic nonwoven, leg cuff hydrophilic nonwoven, spunbond small ear, elastic big ear, and waistband. The whole core has a multi-layer structure, among which the instant suction guide layer evenly diverts urine, instantly absorbs urine, and shortens the residence time of urine on the surface of the core. It fits well when cut so that the diaper does not feel loose and the core does not easily shift, effectively preventing urine leakage.
