Lubrication system of the machine:
1.Stamping movement is the main movement of the machine, and the load is the largest, so the lubrication of the connecting rod and slide column adopts oil bath and splash lubrication, and adds two needle valve oil cups to see if the oil can be injected in an emergency.
2.Take the connecting rod tile to rotate the oil groove, add the appropriate amount of lubricating oil (25#), the oil amount does not overflow the shaft holes on both sides and does not splash out the shield is appropriate, and according to the consumption of oil in time. (Continuous work 2000 hours, cleaning the oil tank, changing the oil).
