10-120ML E liquid Filling Capping Labeling Production Line
This production line consist of bottle unscrambler machine, filling capping machine, auto labeling machine, can complete bottle feeding, filling capping, labeling, mainly used in eliquid small doses of solution, also can be used single independently, meet the GMP requirements.
Production line production process:
Put the unpacked bottles into the Unscrambler machine. After the bottle Unscrambler mechanism, the bottles pass through the conveyor belt, and then send them to the filling and sealing machine, filling and sealing, accurate measurement, touch screen Interface, frequency conversion speed regulation. The lid is delivered by electromagnetic oscillation, and the lid-up rate is high. The machine has a reasonable design and is easy to operate.
