2-5 Layers PE Air Bubble Film Making Extruding Machine
The machine is suitable for LDPE and LLDPE particles
The machine can produce 2-5 layers of bubble film (film + flat film + bubble + flat film + film + film =5 layers). The extruder is made up of the main extruder and the auxiliary extruder, with a total of 3 screws.
The main machine is designed by double screw rod, which can separate control the bottom layer and bubble layer, with the advantages of simple operation, fast speed, high output, beautiful appearance, etc., it can produce bubble film compound kraft paper, pearl cotton, PET aluminized film, co-extrusion film and other products.
Application:
The bubble film is made of LDPE material. It can be used for various packaging purposes such as moisture proving, dust proving, shock proving, and static prevention. It can also make into laminated films with aluminized film, foamed PE sheet, and paper are the applications of sun shading, heat insulation, and packaging.
