Product Detail:
SYS-209ABR-EF is a fully automatic My Clear Bag (209 bag) making machine, in which cutting,
sealing, button mounting (riveting) ,edge folding and counting, can be finished automatically,
which significantly saves labor cost and increase productivity.
The Electrical control system is consist of the Circuit breaker, the Isolation transformer, the PLC, the Servo motion control system, the interface, the Frequency Inverter and Switche Buttons etc. The high speed stable safe running of auto-control running is ensured by using of high-quality electrical components, Elaborate design and strict-criterion assembling.
The core components are OMRON PLC, 10" WEINTEK interface , system driver is DELTA A2 series high-function servo motor who can work with high speed and locate accurately. The alarm system is well equipped and convenient to operate.
The power supplier is 380V three phase five wire system.
There is a pin-locked function in system parameters setting system which only authorized staff can change the parameters by enter the pin-code. Please ask the machine supplier for the pin code if it is forget.
