Product Description
Suitable for small batch heat treatment of round or nearly round metal parts.
Normally, the loading capacity of one furnace does not exceed 200kg.
Carburizing, quenching, tempering, heating and so on can be carried out, with methanol or nitrogen as the protective atmosphere, to ensure the product without oxidation.When carburizing, kerosene or propane can be selected as carburizer.
The control system is composed of intelligent temperature control meter, thyristor and temperature recorder.
A cooling oil tank and a cleaning tank are arranged between the quenching furnace and the tempering furnace to form a continuous production line.If the yield is small, then quenching and tempering can be used in the same furnace.
