1. Summary
The "Cement curing room, concrete curing room, curing apparatus (sprinkle type)" is applicable for the sample curing to the large batches of the concrete, cement products etc. It integrates the refrigeration, heating and humidification into a whole. It has the advantages such as quick refrigeration and heating, balanced humidification and heating, long service life and so on.
2. Structure
"Cement curing room, concrete curing room, curing apparatus (sprinkle type)" is composed of main frame and accessories. The main frame is composed of refrigeration meter, heating meter, atomization meter, humidifier, temperature-humidity meter, control meter, and so on. Accessories is including water back cylinder (including water back pipe), water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, additional air-condition connecting fits, nozzle, and other fits for installation.
3. Work priciple
The sensor installed in the curing room detects the temperature and humidity in the curing room and send the signal to the micro-processor in the main frame real-timely. When the temperature or humidity over the curing request, the micro-processor will send out signal and transmit to the relative device. The working medium will be sent to the nozzle. The medium will be atomizated and jet out. It will heat exchange with the air in the curing room until reach to the requested temperature and humidity. When the sensor detects that the humidity and temperature reach to the request, the controller will send out signal to stop the relative device working. Recycle to control the temperature and humidity in the room under request constantly.
