Fully Automatic Electroplating Plant

this is a nickel-chrome automatic plating plant ,which sets up 5 pcs hoists , each hoist takes 2 pcs flight bars .the flight bar works seperately .
hoist center space distance is 6500 .lift up/down with double motors 3.7kw , horizontal movement sets up double motors 1.5kw 
although the plant is very big , the working circle time is very short ,only 196s/bar .
