Fully Automatic PP Membrane Filter Press For Sludge Dewatering
The filter press is a intermittent pressure filtration equipment for solid liquid separation. It's consist of frame, filter plate pack, filter medium (filter cloth or filter paper), pressing system, electric control cabinet.
Operating Principle of Membrane Filter Press Machine:
While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between head plate and end plate.Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials which are pressure by pump get into filter chambers through the feeding port in end plate. Solid particles are blocked in filter chamber and form filter cakes, while liquid is discharged out of machine through filter clothes.

Packaging & Delivery of Filter Press Machine:
Delivery: around 3 weeks.
Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed by the plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden case. If need full wooden case pls inform in advance.
