SA-ST100-PRE Automatic Pre-insulated Terminal Crimping Machine ,This series have two model one is one end crimping ,The other is two end crimping machine ,Automatic crimping machine for bulk insulated terminals.the machine is adopt vibration plate feeding,The terminals are automatically fed by the vibration plate,Effectively solved the problem of slow processing of loose terminals,This machine have twisting function which effectively prevent the reverse wire phenomenon.
 

Pressure detection is an optional item, real-time monitoring of each crimping process pressure curve changes, if the pressure is not normal, it will automatically alarm and stop, strict control of production line production quality. When processing long wires, you can choose a conveyor belt, and put the processed wires straight and neatly into the receiving tray.
