General Introduction:
Raytek Laser protective lens (also known as laser protective windows) are made of JGS1, S2, Corning 7980, coring 7979, Ohara sk-1300, Ohara sk-1310, Heraeus sup313, sup312, sup3301, K9, Sapphire or their fused silica substrates materials. It is transparent and is finely processed through grinding, polishing, coating and other processes. It is mainly used in laser cutting to prevent sundries from splashing and avoid splashes from damaging the lens. Both sides are coated with antireflective film with high damage threshold (usually, > 15J / cm2) to reduce reflection. The primary function of laser protective windows are to protect the aggregation lens and prevent the splash from splashing on the lens to cause damage to the lens. The processing accuracy is ensured by regularly replacing and maintaining the lens. It is required that after the lens is coated with 1064nm antireflective film with high damage threshold (> 15J / cm2), it can effectively increase the laser transmittance, reduce the loss of energy and improve the quality of processed products. According to different fused silica substrates types and machining workcrafts level, it is suitable for laser power of 2kw-30kw lasers, including all types of Fiber laser, metal cutting laser, laser marking, high-energy laser, strong laser, scientific application laser and other fields
