Cured epoxy resin is a insulation material has excellent mechanical properties, high strength, good flatness, smooth surface, no pits, good electrical stability under high humidity, standard thickness tolerance, high dielectric properties, surface leakage resistance, arc resistance.Compared with other glass epoxy material, 3240 vertical layer electrical strength and parallel layer voltage resistance strength are slightly lower, its mechanical strength is lower and water absorption is higher. However, since its mature production technology,it provides competitive cost, and it can be widely used in many low-voltage electrical fields.
