GM-4E Series Solid Carbide End mill
Brand: ZCCCT
Commodity: GM series Solid Carbide Endmill
Substrate: 0.8µ micro grain WC
Coating: nano-TIALN coating(PVD), grey black color.
Application: It is universal grade for milling of carbon steel, alloy steel(HRC≤48). cast iron and stainless steel. It can be for machining of Ni based high-temperature alloys at normal cutting speed.
Flute: 4 flutes is for semi-finishing or finishing cutting, 2 flute is for rough machining.
Cutting corner: "4F" has sharp cutting corner, suitable for 90°right angle groove, "4E" has cutting edge strength. Cutting edge to all endmill treated by special honing process.
Helix angle: has 30°,35°,45°and others , suitable for side milling, step milling, grooving milling, profile milling and so on, but 30°is special for side milling.
Delivery time: 10-30 days, depends on the stock and productions.
