The indication of compound potassium hydrogen phosphate injection is mainly used as a phosphorus supplement in total parenteral nutrition therapy, such as the phosphorus supplement for patients who need to fast for more than 5 days in operation or other trauma. This product can also be used in some diseases to hypophosphatemia.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, its components are: each 2ml contains 0.435g potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.639g potassium dihydrogen phosphate (TRICRYSTAL water)
Usage and dosage
For patients who cannot eat for a long time. According to the condition and monitoring results, the doctor decides the dosage, dilutes the product more than 200 times, and supplies it for intravenous drip. In general, in total parenteral nutrition therapy, 2.5ml (equivalent to [PO4] [sup] 3 - [/ sup] 8mol) of this product is added for every 1000 calories, and the infusion speed is controlled.
Adverse reaction
If excessive use of this product can cause hyperphosphatemia, hypocalcemia, muscle twitch, spasm, gastrointestinal discomfort, etc., and toxic symptoms, the drug should be stopped immediately.
