Product Description
This product can only be used by intravenous drip, not by other ways.
Indication
To improve and prevent cerebral vasospasm and cerebral ischemia after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
Usage and dosage
Adults should be given 30mg 2-3 times a day, diluted with 50-100ml normal saline or glucose injection, and then intravenous drip for 30 minutes.
The administration of this product should be started early after the operation of subarachnoid hemorrhage for 2 weeks.
Adverse reaction
l. Sometimes intracranial hemorrhage occurred (1.63%).
2. Sometimes there will be gastrointestinal bleeding, pulmonary bleeding, nose bleeding, subcutaneous bleeding (0.29%) and other bleeding. Pay attention to the observation. If there is any abnormality, the drug should be stopped and properly handled.
3. Circulatory system: hypotension and flushing are occasionally seen.
4. Blood system: anemia, leucopenia and thrombocytopenia are occasionally seen.
5. Sometimes the liver function is abnormal. Ast (got), ALT (GPT), ALP and LDH increased.
6. Urinary system: occasional renal dysfunction (BUN, creatinine rise, etc.), polyuria.
7. Digestive system: abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting are rare.
8. Allergies: occasionally, allergic symptoms such as rash are seen.
9. Others: fever (occasionally), headache, low level of consciousness, respiratory depression (rarely seen).
Storage
