QXL series Automatic Vacuum Feeder
Vacuum negative pressure transportation is the use of air pressure difference to form a strong airflow in the conveying pipeline. Under the action of this strong airflow, the material is instantly transported through a closed pipeline to the other end of the container, completing the transportation of the material.
The vacuum conveyor is made of stainless steel material, which meets the strict requirements for pharmaceutical and food production.

Working theoryThe vacuum feeder forms a strong airflow under vacuum which instantly transport the bulk material to the other container by the closed pipe.During the conveying, the materials always stay in the vacuum status. Therefore, even if there is a leakage in the conveying pipeline, the material will not leak into the surrounding environment.
