Structural design:
The silo is usually a vertically arranged cylindrical structure with a feeding port at the top.
There are several swinging support layers arranged at equal intervals along the vertical direction inside, which are connected to the silo through a rotating shaft and controlled to swing by a cylinder.
working principle:
Polyester chips enter the silo through the feeding port and fall under the action of gravity.
The blowing system uses the air inlet to dry the slices and remove moisture.
The cooled slices are discharged through the bottom discharge port for subsequent processing.

It can effectively dry and cool polyester chips, preventing them from absorbing water and clumping at high temperatures.
