1. As the end filtration of various filtration systems, it is mainly used to filter airborne particles below 0.3μm.
2. The filter material is made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, separated by hot melt rubber.
3. This design reduces operating costs. The mini-pleat thermoplastic sealant guarantees consistent fold spacing,
thereby optimizing airflow and enhancing dust holding capacity. It maximizes the utilization of filter material throughout the filter's entire depth.
4. The surroundings of the filter are sealed with a special sealing agent to guarantee the sealing of the entire filter.
5. Spray protective meshes are installed on the air inlet and outlet surfaces of the filter to protect the filter paper from damage.
6. The air outlet surface of this filter is flanged, and the tank sealant is filled on the inside of the flange to greatly
enhance the sealing performance.
7. The sealant in the tank is a non-Newtonian liquid, which is non-toxic and odorless. It has the advantages of non
volatilization, no oil creep, and resistance to acids and bases.
8. Due to the flanged design of the air outlet surface of the filter, the size of the air inlet surface and the air outlet surface
are inconsistent. Therefore, customers are required to provide the size of both the air inlet and outlet surfaces when
placing an order.
9. Each filter has been strictly tested.
