Order Execution Process

  1. The Sales department at Himile Precision Forging Technology Co., Ltd. accepts drawings or samples from customers and forwards them to the technical department.
  2. The technical department confirms material consumption and the manufacturing process.
  3. The Production department, Purchasing department, and Finance department collaborate to determine costs.
  4. The Sales department provides the customer with a quotation for the product.
  5. Upon agreeing on price and delivery date, both parties sign the drawing through the Sales department for final confirmation.
  6. The customer pre-pays the mold fee, and the Sales department informs the Finance department about the deposit status while the Production department schedules production.
  7. A preproduction sample is sent to the customer for approval.
  8. After sample confirmation, the customer pays the deposit. Small batch orders are managed by the Sales department.
  9. Once the small batch is confirmed, large batch orders go into production, overseen by the Production department.
  10. The Sales department handles product delivery and customer receipt upon production completion.
  11. All documents provided by the Sales department are handed to the Finance department post-product shipment for payment confirmation. The Finance department records and files the completed contract.
