Due to the anti reversal effect of the pawl,gradually wind the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire on the ratchet drum to tighten the wire. Fix the tightened conductor on the insulator. Then loosen the pawl first to loosen the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire,then loosen the wire clamp,and finally wind the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire on the drum of the ratchet wheel.
