Powerful Double Planetary Mixer is a new mixing machine with high performance, high efficiency, easy to clean and to maintain, which is innovated and improved based on the dual planetary mixer. The Double agitators of this equipment rotate and at the same time revolve around the axle, the agitators are divided by the viscosity and characteristics of the material, usually including paddle type, twist type, claw type, frame type, etc., have good mixing, reacting, kneading, dissolving effect. The high-speed disperser consists of a multi-layer toothed disc with super high linear speed, it also rotates and at the same time revolves around the axle, with a strong dispersing effect so that can disperse the powder (additive) in the liquid rapidly. The mixer is equipped with a separate set of scrapers to scrape the sides of the barrel and the mixing paddle can be equipped with a scraper as well so that it can scrape the bottom of the barrel and avoid dead corners to ensure stability of the product. Double Planetary Mixer adopts planetary gear wheel drive, there is a large output torque, suitable for high temperature, high solids, high viscosity, and other difficult working conditions; this equipment is closed design, and can be used with a vacuum system to realize vacuum mixing, mixing bucket can be designed with a heating jacket, matching mold temperature controller, to realize thermostatic mixing function, it's the first choice of mixing equipment for the high-viscosity materials.
Double Planetary Mixer consists of a decelerator, planetary frame, agitator, disperser, scraper, container, hydraulic lifting system as well as stand, etc. The rotating planetary frame drives the mixing and dispersing shafts to revolve around the container's axial direction and also to rotate at a high speed at the same time to put the materials under strong shearing and kneading force, so the materials are dispersed and mixed thoroughly. The scraper attached to the planetary frame rotates together with the planetary frame. It clings to the container wall and scrapes the materials off the wall continuously. The container's inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue. The blades can also be equipped with a scraper for scraping the materials at the bottom to ensure without mixing dead corners and excellent mixing results. Finished products with stable quality are ensured.
