This wall mounted design is good for low temperature ovens with air recirculations, food backing, printing drying, construction material heating., etc
Firing capacity is depends on project requirement, the minium burner unilt is 300mm, firing capacity from 10Kw-400Kw. we can configure different units for your defined ovens, Max capacity is from 400Kw to 6000kw by straight, and 3800Kw for "H" version. we preassembly the burners before delivery for easy installation.Bill of Material

Define your heat capacity with process requirement, burner system works on both recirculation air or not. and power supply 230V AC/50Hz or 115V AC/60Hz, supply pressure should be less then 1bar, otherwise, higher gas regulator is required
J.Parker LPB line burner is well designed for direact or indirect air heating applications, suitable for kinds of ovens. it's very good for clean gas firing, nature gas, propane and even butane. LPB burner have seperate combustion fan, performance would not be affected by process air/recirculation air, turndown ratio is 40:1, by larger size of flame, you can get very uniform heating temperature. with high turndown ratio, you would beinfit with very precise process temerature, could be in ±1ºC. LPB line burner delivery very low NOx and CO emission with process temperature under 400ºC, LPB line burner is short flame design, max flame length is 1.5m, but the flame length is heavily affected by process air temprature, oxygen level, as well as the NOx emission. please consult us for any of your certain requirement.
