The Model Y3150,Y31125 gear hobbing machine and Model Y3180H,Y38 precision gear hobbing machine are designed for cutting spur , helical gears and worm wheel with gear hobs working on continuous indexing operation. These machines can also be used for cutting chain wheels by means of chain wheel cutting hob.
The gear hobbing machines feature excellent design,advanced construction,high rigidity,persistant accuracy,easy to set up to maintain. Both conventional or climb method can be used for cutting gears and machines are thus suitable for single,small-lot and batch production in machinery and other manufacturing industries.
