Product Description
TRH3028 is a rigid moulded product red in colour utilising Kevlar fibres and a high percentage of brass chippings. TRH3028 offers excellent thermal resistance, compression and exhibits outstanding stability under heavy loads, at the same time maintaining a high resistance to wear. TRH3028 is manufactured in sheets, segments, rings and many special shapes by either machining or moulding.
TRH3028 has been specifically designed for use on medium to heavy duty industrial brake/clutch applications, especially gear tooth facings, mechanical drivers and any application requiring a high strength low wear material. TRH3028 is intended for dry running applications only.
Gear tooth facing only can be produced by mould.
We intruduced the advanced production technology and equipment from USA and made the first non asbestos woven brake lining in China. Also We are the one and the only produce the non asbestos laminated friction material in China. Our products are inspected under SAE J661a test method standard and already obtained certifications from China Classification Society (CCS) and Germanischer Lloyd (GL), and our quality management system are supported by ISO 9001:2008 and IATF 16949.
