Softgel Encapsulation Machine
Model SIN-100 soft gel encapsulation production line is the new model designed by our company through combining the technology and characteristics of production. It is applicable mainly to small batch production. All the materials for the whole set of the equipment are well selected to meet the GMP requirements, making it applicable for medical, food and cosmetic industries.
1.The main machine is the core part of the whole production line, which makes the soft gel by packing the filling materials (liquid or sticky suspensions) with the gelatin film.
2.Compressed air unit: SMC pressure reducing valve, SMC precision pressure regulator valve, Pressure gauge.
3.Micro-lubricating System: Oil box, adjustable flow control valve.
4.Gelatin Film Spreading : Speater Box (0.01mm), PID temperature control, Temperature sensor(0.1ºC).
