Q1: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown boxes and brown cartons.
lf you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
If the original package is required, we are able to deliver it separately.
Q2: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T (30% in Advance upon the PO placing, 70% prior to shipment), L/C, D/P, Western Union etc.
If you have any required payment, we are willing to discuss with you to make an agreement.
Q3: What is your terms of transaction?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, FCA, C&F, etc. Others can be negotiated.
Q4: How about your lead time?
A: Generally, if we have stocks, it will take 3-5 work days after receiving your advance payment.
The specific lead time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Generally, smaller quantities may be subject to longer lead times, while larger volumes can be prioritized.
Q5: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers are required to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
