Product Description
Perkins Eco filter element 3611274 for high-efficiency filtration in secondary fuel filters on Perkins engines. With increased contamination control without giving up dirt-holding capacity for stricter component and emission requirements in newer machines. Designed to be better for the environment by eliminating the metal canister from the filter. Filter element for fitting into secondary or main fuel filter. Acrylic beads prevent bunching which can reduce filter efficiency, and maximizes filtration surface area. Spiral roving reduces pleat flex and fatigue, maximizing the surface area for filtration and increasing contaminant retention. A nylon center tube prevents metal particles entering the fuel system as contaminants from filter manufacture process. Molded end caps eliminate possible leak paths seen with glued end caps.
