Q: Can I arrange personnel to stay in the factory or inspect the goods before shipment, and then pay the final payment after passing the inspection?
A: Yes, our customers often to use BV, SGS and other third-party companies to carry out on-site testing and inspection services. Our company will fully cooperate with the third-party company, We hope to form a long-term and stable cooperative relationship in the case of customer recognition.
Besides, for the value of goods exceeding two containers, we will bear the inspection cost of the third-party company.
For some countries that need CQC certification, we will also cooperate to provide.
Q: If the solar panels have problems after 10 years, how can I apply for compensation?
A: First of all, we will provide warranty and flash test report with product barcode when we ship out, the picture is as below:During the warranty period, you can submit the claim sheets with the flash test report and warranty, we will provide after-sales service.
Q: Can you provide PV system design and package sale service of the whole system? Can you provide installation guidance and door-to-door installation service?
A: Yes, we have professional engineers for preliminary design on grid,off grid and hybrid systems, but the largest system, we have designed overseas is 1.27MW. If there is a larger system, we suggest that the customer can seek the design of the local power company, and we will provide quotations according to the material list, and we will provide transportation service to the port.
For the system design, we will provide the data collection form for the customer to fill in, including land information, grid voltage, etc. During the quotation process, we will also provide the bracket drawings for the customer's reference.
For the installation part, our company can provide remote and online guidance service. At present there is no door-to-door installation service.
