GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet complies with IEC439 "Low-voltage
switchgear and control equipment" and GB7251.1 "Low-voltage switchgear" and
other standards.
Main feature
The cabinet of GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the general cabinet form. The frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-bent steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are matched by the designated steel production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The parts of the general cabinet are designed according to the modular principle, and there are 20-module installation holes with a high universal coefficient; Taking full consideration of the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet, there are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet;
According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, the cabinet shape and the division size of each part are designed by the golden ratio method, making the whole cabinet beautiful and generous;
The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating shaft movable hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped edge rubber strip is embedded in the folding edge of the door. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet and also improve the protection level of the door;
The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wire. The mounting parts and the frame in the cabinet are connected with knurled screws, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit; The cabinet top cover can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping; The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can choose between IP20-IP40 according to the needs of the environment.
