The GL-4022 is a high performance double column machining center which has high precision and rigidity characteristics. Large castings such as worktable, bed, column, beam and ram are made of cast iron or welded parts, and the inner cavity of the casting is honeycomb type composite arrangement structure with advanced design. All the castings have been aging and secondary tempering treatment to eliminate residual internal stress and make the material stable, ensuring the stability of workpiece processing accuracy and machine life.
