Product Description
1. General
Glass fiber chopped strand mat is the important non woven reinforced material formed by FRP hand molding process. It is uniformly distributed without direction after continuous chop the glass fiber precursor/strand or roving, combined by the powder binder or the emulsion binder.
The chopped strand mat can be widely used in chemical anti-corrosion pipeline, ship, automobile parts, sanitary ware, building components, entertainment and other living glass steel products, has a performance of mechanical properties and application of excellent products.
The production line adopts glass fiber precursor/strand or roving to produce chopped strand mat, with good uniformity, high degree of automatic control, low energy consumption, convenient operation and maintenance and other characteristics.
The designed chopped strand mat production line will produce the effective width 3450mm and the yield 5000-6000 tons/year.
This production line can produce powder, emulsion, alkali free and medium alkali chopped mats.

Roving (precursor) → chop→Sedimentation network segment → applying adhesive → drying → cold pressing → cutting edge → crosscutting → inspection → winding → packing
